Since its inception in 1952, our institution, founded by the venerable Sree Sree Mohonananda Bramhachari Maharaj in honor of his revered guru, Sree Sree Balananda Bramhachari Maharaj, has been dedicated to providing compassionate care to the community. What began as a maternity home has evolved into a comprehensive multispeciality hospital with state-of-the-art facilities, including a CCU, dialysis, and other specialized treatment units. We are proud to announce the latest addition to our facilities, an advanced eye department with state-of-the-art equipment and expertise of the best ophthalmologist in Kolkata, the “Mohonanda Netralay,” that is keen on setting a new standard for eye care in the city. Our institution is guided by a dedicated governing body and passionate staff who share a common vision of elevating services to greater heights. Seventy years ago, our “tryst with destiny” started with a holy mission to serve the sufferings of humanity with a heart full of emotions and the will to sacrifice. Our institution is not a mere hospital where people can avail of treatments at a lower cost but also receive love, compassion, and affection, which we believe can heal them from within. Today, when we look around, we find people from low and middle‐income groups running hither and thither for treatment within their capacity. Our missionary zeal prompts us to look forward and cater many more services to these ailing people. To conquer this, we would require strength, confidence, and financial support. We have lofty dreams to achieve but need more cooperation and unity of the mind and soul. It is our humble appeal to the esteemed corporate houses, individuals, friends, and disciples of the great human being His Holiness the Balananda Bramhachari Guru Maharaj, and Mohanananda Bramhachari Maharaj to contribute to this noble initiative.
